Ab Lounge Exercises

How to Exercise on an Ab Lounge

The Ab Lounge is an abdominal device made by Fitness Quest, the maker of dozens of "as seen on TV" fitness products. It derives its name from its resemblance to a lounge chair. You do not have to get down on the floor to work your abs with the Ab Lounge. Sit in the device, lean back to a horizontal position and perform a jackknife crunch. To target different areas of your stomach muscles, including the obliques, do the standard jackknife exercise and a side jackknife using this device.
