What Does the Reverse Woodchop Do?

The reverse woodchop is an exercise you can perform with a resistance band, kettlebell or dumbbells. The regular woodchop exercise mimics the motion of chopping wood with an axe, using your arms, abdominal muscles and torso rotation, starting from a position above one shoulder and ending in a downward motion across your body at the opposite hip.
