Nashville, Tennessee, known as "Music City," is located along the Cumberland River, in the heart of Tennessee. It is home to around 601,000 residents as of the 2010 U.S. Census. Parents of teenagers in this city will find a broad range of places to choose from when it comes to planning a birthday party. When selecting a party venue for your teen in Nashville, think outside the box and plan a bash that will surprise your teen, whether you hold the party at a water park or take your teen and his friends to play some paintball.

Pools and Resorts

If you plan your teen's party at Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort, your teen and her guests will have a variety of activities to choose from. In the waterpark, guests can float down the lazy river, zip down the slides and play in the humongous wave pool. With a Treetop Birthday at the resort, your party guests will get to go zip-lining, challenge themselves on the ropes course and make their way across rope bridges and a Tarzan swing. Party packages are also available at some of the pools and recreational centers that are maintained by the City of Nashville. At the Centennial Sportsplex, for example, you can have a swim party for your teen at the indoor pool or a skating party at the ice rink.
