Fitting a workout into your busy schedule is easy with the LIVESTRONG.COM Calorie Tracker app for iPhone, which includes free workouts right in the app -- no gym membership required! The professionally-designed workouts are composed of simple exercises that anyone can follow along with, anytime and anywhere.

Workouts range from moderate to high intensity and are each five to ten minutes in length. Short videos demonstrate correct form for a timed sequence of exercises using only your bodyweight or minimal equipment (like a jump rope and dumbbells). You can choose from workouts that focus on specific goals like fat-blasting, cardio sculpting or workouts that target specific trouble zones.

In addition to the free workouts that are available to all iPhone app users, Gold members have access to exclusive workouts designed by celebrity fitness trainer and expert, Holly Perkins as one of the perks of premium membership. It’s like having a personal trainer right in the app!

Visit the Workouts tab in the app to access the list of available workouts. Select any workout to view the exercises included, and tap on any exercise in the list to watch a demo of proper form for that move. Modify workouts for your fitness level by performing the moves slower or using less weight. Tracking calories burned performing the in-app workouts is easy; the option to record a workout in the Calorie Tracker is available at the end of each workout.
