What Is The 8-Week STRONGER Fitness Challenge and How Do I Join?

During January-March 2016 the LIVESTRONG.COM team and a few thousand of our readers and friends are doing the 8-Week STRONGER Challenge to get fitter and stronger in 2016. The STRONGER Challege is composed of ten 30-minute full body workout videos you can do in your living room with no equipment needed. You also get a printable workout calendar and a free meal plan.

All of this is free and comes with easy-to-use tools and the LIVESTRONG.COM tracker apps to track your progress and instantly calculate your calorie burn during your workouts.

How to Sign Up for the 8-Week STRONGER Challenge:

1. Go to this page, and look to the white box on the right hand side that says “Join STRONGER Now.” Fill out your goals and click the “See My Calorie Goal” button to get started.

2. You can also join the STRONGER Challenge Facebook Support Group where you can get daily encouragement and motivation from LIVESTRONG.COM team members.
