We have some great news for all of our many STRONGER workout series fan: Nicky is BACK!

LIVESTRONG.COM has once again teamed up with celebrity trainer and former professional soccer player Nicky Hollender for a new fitness series: Simple. Healthy. Fitness. Each mini-episode brings you one minute of vigorous exercises.

While research has proven that even one minute of high-intensity exercise has major health benefits, we also combined all the moves for a 5-minute HIIT workout that will seriously rock your butt.

At the peak of summer, there's no better time to work the glutes. These quick and easy workouts will get your heart pumping and booty looking rock solid. Watch it and work it.

1. Street Fighter Lunges

Hollender's lunge exercise will help you to tighten some valuable assets.

2. Standing Heel Kicks

The key to kicking your butt into shape here is to keep your head steady and maintain your balance.

3. Single Leg Booty Raise

4. Glute Lifts

This simple exercise will define and lift your glutes. As Hollender puts it: "If those legs are shakin', I promise you those calories are bakin'."
