And as some tend to do around this time of year, we brush aside our fitness. That’s exactly what Miley Cyrus decided to do this year — and it was a choice she quickly regretted.
The pop singer and “The Voice” mentor posted a photo to her Instagram page, lamenting her unfortunate decision to skip her yoga routine for 10 days.
As inconsequential as 10 days may seem, fitness is not like riding a bike: Consistency matters. The various problems that arise when workouts are put on hold can be quite unexpected. Fellow starlet Eva Longoria also experienced a few of these after a long break from exercise.
