Jillian Michaels is the main trainer on the TV show, "The Biggest Loser," and her home fitness DVD, The Complete Workout for Beginners, produces fitness results. Each workout on the two-DVD set has the ability to help you burn 370 to 460 calories to help achieve weight loss goals. Required equipment consists of a set of light dumbbells--three to five lbs.--and optional resistance bands. The circuit-style training with the dumbbells will build lean muscle and burn fat. Michaels makes the workouts easy-to-follow as she coaches and motivates you through each workout.
