A guy's skin can be best friend or worst enemy. Many teens feel that they are especially plagued by skin problems such as acne, irritation, inflammation and peeling. However, Doctor Philina Lamb of the University of California Medical Group asserts that as many as 85 percent of teens suffer from acne. The key to treating skin breakouts is to take preventative measures with proper cleansing techniques. Remember to wash your face every evening and after exercising as sweat may lead to breakouts.
