Fibromyalgia refers to a medical condition in which people experience widespread pain. The Mayo Clinic says that signs of fibromyalgia include pain in the upper part of the chest, at the tops of the shoulders, in the back of the head, between the shoulder blades and in the inner parts of the knees. A few of pregabalin's less serious effects include constipation, stomach pain, joint or muscle pain, lack of balance or coordination, difficulty concentrating, and increased appetite. Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen, commonly sold as Advil, Ibu, Genpril, Motrin or Nupron, is a nonsteroidal, anti-inflammatory drug that decreases the amount of prostaglandin made in the body. This substance is responsible for pain and inflammation in the body. You take a tablet daily. Ibuprofen can manage the pain of such conditions as fibromyalgia, back pain, a toothache, arthritis and menstrual cramps. Drugs.com says that its less concerning side effects include blurry vision, ringing in the ears, headache and nervousness. Ibuprofen's serious side effects include yellowing of the eyes or skin, decreased urination, neck stiffness, chills, seizures, chest pain and shortness of breath.
