1. Jumpstart Your Diet With the Tracker

Using the Hacker's diet tracker to accelerate the progress in a diet can help you achieve your weight loss goal quickly. Walker states that using a partial fast for a day or two can jumpstart your diet and/or help you overcome a plateau in your weight loss efforts. By cutting calories drastically for a short period of time, you can start a dramatic downward trend in your weight. A fast of short duration will not generally harm your health and can be used periodically. Remember, though, that plateaus do not often last very long and waiting them out is ultimately as successful as fasting.

2. Use the Tracker to Stay Motivated

When you diet for a long period of time, it sometimes becomes difficult to stay motivated to continue. You may be bored, experience a plateau or just have a bad day--or a series of bad days. Consider uploading your tracking charts and menu plans to a webpage where others can view your journey and its results. You may even want to create your own eBook. Basically, you are doing the same thing as the original Hacker's dieter and creator John Walker did. You are letting others in on the secret to your weight loss success.
