Aluminum bats are the most used baseball bats in amateur baseball. Major League There are numerous companies that create and sell aluminum bats, but the top three companies are Nike, Louisville Slugger and Easton.
Louisville Slugger H2 Hybrid
One of the highest-selling bats on the market, Louisville Slugger's H2 Hybrid bat is made with a 3X composite hybrid design. The handle is made from stiff, composite material and the barrel is made from an ST+20 alloy. It has a Pro Cup end cap and a synthetic grip atop a 31/32" tapered handle. The bat comes in four lengths: 31, 32, 33 and 34 inches.
Louisville Slugger Triton
The Louisville Slugger Triton bat is made of a 3X composite material and has a bubble transition zone to help the bonding between the barrel and the handle. It has a synthetic grip with a 31/32" tapered handle. It utilizes a Louisville Slugger end cap that promotes durability and performance. It comes in four lengths: 31, 32, 33 and 34 inches. The bat is made with layers of graphite inside, resulting in a longer, more durable bat with better performance.
Nike Aero Fuse
The Nike Aero Fuse baseball bat is designed with a weighted Aero Cap and a composite alloy material, allowing for increased quickness and a faster swing. The Zr91 alloy improves the response of the barrel, giving players the best chance for bigger hits. There is a cushioned synthetic grip on the handle for increased durability. Easton v12
The Easton v12 bat is made of a 12-component scandium alloy. It is a very flexible bat and has a large "sweet spot." The v12 utilizes O-Zone technology, which increases the hitting zone on the bat. It has an ultra-thin handle than is tapered with Pro Tack grip to allow players to hold the bat more efficiently. The bat comes in four lengths: 31, 32, 33 and 34 inches.
Easton Surge XL
The Easton Surge XL utilizes O-Zone technology, allowing for a large sweet spot and increased power when making contact with the ball. Easton has also introduced a Two-Piece ConneXion, giving batters increased control and balance when swinging the bat. This new technology also reduces bat vibration and maximizes energy transfer. It is made from a V12 scandium alloy material and has an IMX composite handle.
