1. Check Out the Body For Life Program
Go to the Body for Life Challenge website. Read about this 12-week diet and exercise program and decide whether you are interested in following it. If you take the challenge and transform your body and your life, you can win prizes, including cash. The program runs in 12-week rounds, so look at the dates and, if you are interested, determine when you will start the program.
2. Take the Challenge
Register for the Body for Life Challenge. Once you register, which means supplying all of your contact information, you can download the registration packet. There is also a telephone number you can call if you don't like to or can't register online.
3. Snap Some Photos
Take "before" photos. Read the photo tips on the Body for Life website. For example, they recommend that you wear similar clothing for your before and after photos. They also recommend that you don't cover up large portions of your body so that they won't be able to tell if you've made progress. Look at the photos of the winners of past challenges to get an idea of what they are looking for,
4. Now the Hard Work Begins
Start the program. You will receive lots of information about diet and exercise and lots of tools for keeping track of your progress. You also want to buy "Body for Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and Physical Strength," the book that outlines the program. You can purchase the book new or used on Amazon.
5. Drop it in the Mail
Send in your completed packet within 15 days of completing the program. This is important because you will be disqualified if you don't meet this time frame.
