Uses of Bach Flower Essences

In the early 1930s, Dr. Edward Bach discovered 38 flower essences, which he believed would have a balancing effect on specific negative personality patterns. Each flower essence is used to selectively work on an emotional condition by healing and transforming it into a more positive state of being.
