Guided meditation is a safe way for beginners to begin their own practice. Fortunately, some of the most renowned and respected meditation teacher have produced tapes that people can use in the privacy of their own home. Even if individuals have been practicing meditation for a while, tapes can be a tool for re-focusing and infusing the practice with new insights.

Wayne Dyer is the author of several books on meditation and spirituality including " There is a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem." Buddhist monk and Nobel Peace Prize nominee, Thich Nhat Hanh delivers the "Living Without Stress or Fear" meditations with simplicity and authority. Hanh uses these tapes to lead individuals on a path to using meditation to find freedom form suffering in the present moment. The tape covers the foundations of mindfulness meditation practice while walking sitting and eating as well as more philosophical aspects, such as the four pebble meditation for openness clarity and grounding. "Living Without Stress or Fear" is a set of six tapes that people can continue using in years to come.
