Yukon Fitness is a leading manufacturer for fitness equipment, including home fitness systems. These home fitness systems have the ability to replace multiple pieces of equipment found at the gym. The Raptor, for example, is a home gym system that offers versatility, stability and reliability.

Upper-Body Exercises

The Raptor has a two-sided design that allows you to perform a seated chest press on one side and use the pec deck on the other side. Above the chest press is a high cable pulley to perform lat pull downs or triceps push downs with the 18-inch straight bar. You can move the 18-inch straight bar to a low cable pulley to perform biceps curls or a seated low row. An additional single cable handle gives you the possibility to perform concentrated arm exercises such as lateral shoulder raises, front shoulder raises, biceps curls or triceps push downs.

Lower-Body Exercises

Most of the lower-body exercises on Yukon Home Fitness Systems are single-joint movements. The leg extension attachment in front of the seated chest press allows you to perform leg extensions to strengthen the quadriceps. An optional ankle strap can attach to the pulley system for hip extensions and glute kickbacks to strengthen the gluteus maximus and gluteus medius. Facing the home gym and lifting your foot straight up for a standing leg curl will strengthen your hamstrings.

Core Exercises

Yukon Home Fitness Systems are generally limited in their ability for core exercises. There is, however, an optional ab crunch harness that can be clipped to the pulley system. The harness provides resistance while performing crunches to strengthen the entire abdominal area.
