Viburnum

Evening Primrose Oil

Evening primrose oil supplements may benefit women in treating a number of premenstrual symptoms, states True Health, a website offering information and resources for natural remedies and lifestyles. Evening Primrose Oil is believed to help relieve irritability and depression in women experiencing PMS, as well as tender breasts. Relief may be obtained by taking about 500mg of evening primrose daily through the month, suggests True Health.
