The weight of the water provides resistance, forcing your body to increase muscle tissue. The more muscle tissue you have, the more calories you burn using that muscle tissue. Water sports incorporate fat-burning exercises to reduce and eliminate neck fat.
Team sports
Team sports such as basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and football are all excellent calorie burning exercises they incorporate running, jumping, and some upper body activities into a workout. These sports also have a lot changes in pace during a single session, which is beneficial for burning calories and getting rid of neck fat. Changing pace during a workout challenges your body and prevents it from becoming used to the exercise, thus burning more calories in the process.
