Redline BMX Bicycles began in 1970 as a small fabricator of replaceable swingarms (the portion of an off-road motorcycle frame that holds the rear tire). As BMX began exploding in popularity, Redline merged with another fabricator and began producing BMX frame sets and complete bicycles. The company marketed the first tubular chromolly BMX front fork, a design that changed the industry for the better, and Redline was the one of the first inductees into the BMX Hall of Fame. Today, Redline is still producing a complete line of bicycles and components for all ages and uses, and lead the way in BMX progression.

Redline Flight Expert

The Flight series is Redline's ultra-light, professional race-inspired lineup. The Flight Expert weighs in at just over 17 pounds, but is heavy in top shelf parts and innovation. The frame is Redline's R6, their high end 100 percent aluminum tubing, and comes with an integrated Headset Design. The Answer carbon fiber forks are an impressive feature and the Expert comes with featherweight Redline Flight 3-piece cranks and a sealed bottom bracket. Flights are available in eighteen, twenty or twenty-four inch frame sizes. The Flight Expert goes for around $799.

Redline Pro Line

The Pro Line is ready for the track with Redline's solid T6 Aluminum frame and signature 4130 chromolly fork. Redline's Flight cranks and a sealed bottom bracket coupled with Sun Rhyno rims and a Redline rear cassette make this twenty-three pound racer ready for the competition. According to Tioga.com, the Pro Line's Powerblock tires transfer rider input into pedaling power, and help save energy. Pro Lines are available in XL and XXL 20 inch sizes, and from 18 to 24 inch frame sizes, and start at about $489.

T&T MX20

The T&T series is Redline's base line collection, and a great way to get into BMX, according to incycle.com. It has Redline's T6 aluminum frame and race proven geometry. The T&T MX20 also comes with tubular 3-piece chromolly cranks, quality Tioga Powerblock tires and alloy rims. The chromolly spindle on the sealed bearing bottom bracket is also nice touch. The T&T MX20 weighs in at under 25 pounds and is available in 20 and 24 inch frames. Cost is about $325.
