Medifast

Medifast is a meal-replacement program that gives dieters access to high-protein and low-calorie foods. Meal replacements come in the form of shakes, bars, soups and puddings. You'll eat five of the meal replacements throughout the day and one meal considered "lean and green." The meal should include 5 to 7 oz. of a lean protein option, such as turkey, chicken or fish, and at least three servings of vegetables. According to Diets In Review, you can expect to lose as much as 20 lbs. while on Medifast.

Quick Weight Loss Center

The Quick Weight Loss Center has locations throughout Florida and offers a nationwide online program. The Quick Weight Loss Center has dietary recommendations but does not offer exercise programs. You'll lose weight quickly on the program because most plans recommended consist of 1,500 calories and include low-carb and low-calorie food items. The company sells its own line of bars, shakes, supplements and beverages to help you reach your weight-loss goal.

Jillian Michaels

Jillian Michaels, one of the trainers on the weight-loss show "The Biggest Loser," has a diet and weight-loss program for individuals looking to lose weight quickly and keep it off. When you sign up for the program, you receive a customized meal plan and recommended workout routines. Her diet recommendations are based on how many calories you take in and how many calories you burn. Before plans are provided to you, you need to specify how much weight you wish to lose.
