TriSlim is an over-the-counter dietary supplement that claims to help users lose weight quickly. Ingredients found in TriSlim include green tea extract, hoodia gordonii and chitosan. The manufacturer says these ingredients increase energy levels, suppress the appetite and help burn fat. Keep in mind that none of these claims have been validated by the Food and Drug Administration. Speak to your doctor before using any type of diet supplement to lose weight.
Step 1
Take one capsule of TriSlim before each meal. Time your doses to occur approximately a half-hour to one hour before you eat.
Step 2
Drink eight to 10 glasses of water each day. The manufacturer recommends that you drink plenty of water while taking the diet pill.
Step 3
Follow a low-fat diet. The TriSlim makers say the drug helps curb your cravings for high-fat foods. If you want to lose weight, avoid fatty food options such as fried meals, fast food, full-fat dairy products and fatty cuts of meat. Instead, eat a well-rounded diet that includes plenty of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy items.
Step 4
Participate in an exercise program. Because you are intended to have more energy while taking TriSlim, make time to exercise on a daily basis. Aim for at least 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise daily. Activities you can participate in include jogging, swimming, cycling, tennis and basketball.
