This 55-minute video delivers what its title suggests: a tough routine that targets common trouble areas, like the arms, abs and thighs. Instructor Jillian Michaels, a well-known trainer from NBC's The Biggest Loser, is tough but motivating. She educates exercisers about proper form and encourages them along the way. This workout is better for those with some exercise experience.

This high-intensity workout will get your heart rate up fast. This video set is a must for those looking to lose a few pounds. This workout blends martial arts and aerobics, and also includes a sculpting bar. The set comes with five DVDs so that you can have variety in your routine.
