Boost Your Energy the Healthy Way
Nowadays, health advocates around the world stress the importance of antioxidants and so-called “super foods” in everyday diets to possibly help combat a number of diseases including cancer and coronary heart disease. As a growing number of people live their lives with an “on-the-go” mentality, keeping energy levels up and stress levels down also can become quite a challenge.
This is where FRS Healthy Energy can help. FRS uses the purest Quercetin available. Quercetin is an antioxidant found in the skins of apples, blueberries and onions. It helps protect your body’s adrenaline and gives you energy to complete small daily tasks, such as getting through the workday and even bigger challenges like running a marathon.
FRS combines Quercetin with a patented mix of vitamins, metabolic enhancers and other antioxidants to allow it to reach its full absorption potential, thus allowing your body to use your energy more efficiently and to help you to stay rejuvenated for longer periods of time.
FRS, which stands for Free Radical Scavenger, a term scientists and nutritionists use to describe antioxidants that neutralize damaging free radicals, uses the only Quercetin with official FDA GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) status.
With all the energy drinks on the market that are loaded with sugar and produce a “crash-and-burn” effect, why not choose one that actually does your body good?

Caution: while I liked how FRS made me feel, it elevated by blood pressure to dangerous levels -- seemingly counteracting the effects of bp meds I have taken for years. May not have the same effect on everyone, but if you take bp meds, carefully follow your blood pressure during the first week of using FRS. Too bad, because I was excited to (maybe) find a healthy alternative to coffee and diet soft drinks.

I was glad to read about the Quercetin in blueberries, apples, and onions; I eat all those regularly. The smoothie sounds good too. I'll have to make it sometime

why does the smoothie recipe make 2 servings with only 1 serving of the FRS supplement in it?
