Wet Dreams
Overview
A wet dream is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen from the penis during sleep. This is caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams and/or physical stimulation like rubbing against blankets, the bed or a full bladder.
This is completely normal for males going through puberty. When boys enter puberty, a lot of hormonal changes occur. These changes can result in spontaneous erections during sleep, during the day and wet dreams. These are simply a part of normal sexual development.
Most boys experience wet dreams between the ages of 12 to 18. Generally males have fewer wet dreams once they start masturbating, reach the end of puberty or become sexually active.
Ask Your Doctor
If you are a male adult who still has wet dreams, try daily Kegel exercises. If this does not help your problem, talk to a doctor about premature ejaculation.

Wet dreams I believe are normal and you have little say however they are less depending on your mental preoccupation if you are thinking about girls and sex all the time you are more likely to have wet dreams then when you contemplate lets say the life of Christ. My personal opinion is that I do not think wet dreams lead to weakness and addiction like masturbation because they come at certain points (usually months to weeks depending on the concentration of testosterone) which I do not really understand the mechanism but it must be a feedback mechanism in the body. I would never ever recommend masturbating because that is like having sex every single day and you cannot regulate it properly like your body plus it leads to addiction, depression, self-loathing, low-self-esteem, perverseness and degeneracy and so many evils and problems so keep your hands away from your privates!
