Overview
In order for women to achieve a high level of physical and mental well-being, they must play an active role in their health care. A passive approach to GYN health can be especially detrimental. Staying in-tune with your body will help you recognize when something is wrong in the future.

If you're worried about your first visit to the gynecologist, don't worry. It's completely normal. Don't hesitate to ask your doctor to explain what they're doing during your visit.

Before You Visit the Gynecologist
You should see a gynecologist as soon as you become sexually active. A gynecologist can help you understand many things about:

Puberty
Your vagina
Menstrual cycles
Birth control methods
STDs
Yeast infections
Urinary tract infections
PMS
Kegel exercises

Just remember, you can’t receive proper treatment unless you are completely honest with your gynecologist. Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed to give an accurate health history.

Ask Your Gynecologist
Ask every question, no matter how silly it may sound. If you are not comfortable with your health care provider or do not like the treatment you are receiving from them, do not hesitate to find a new one.

Is there any safe way for two women to have "SEX" ? I know there's safe sex for a man and a woman but what do you do if you want to "EXPLORE" with another woman?
