Many young men know very little about their growth and development, although it is imperative to attain wellness and avoid mental health issues during puberty and throughout your life.

Often young men do not have the opportunity to discuss their issues openly and without embarrassment. As a result many have no idea what is “normal”, common, natural--or even possible--for their own bodies. It is important to learn more about your genitals and sexuality so that you can recognize when something is wrong.

Here are some questions you might have:
• How do I understand my penis problems?
• Is masturbation bad for me?
• Should I get a tattoo or piercing?
• What's the truth about drugs like marijuana and cocaine?
• Does size really matter?
• What should I know about condoms?
• What's an orgasm?
• What are "blue balls"?
• Why do I have wet dreams?
