Yoga with a Workout

For anyone who loves watching "The Biggest Loser" and can't get enough of their favorite personal trainer, Jillian Michaels' "Yoga Meltdown" is worth a try. This workout takes you through traditional yoga poses that focus on flexibility, but add movement and repetitions to the poses. If you're interested in a traditional yoga workout, this is not the right DVD for you, but it's worth checking out if you have a hard time slowing your workout down.

Yoga for the First Time

If you've never done yoga before and you're looking for an entry-level DVD, start with "Yoga for Beginners" led by long-time yoga instructor Barbara Benagh. Reviews completed by 186 individuals on Amazon.com averaged this DVD as a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Multiple short routines that focus on technique and breathing provide a good way for beginners to get a taste of yoga without overdoing it the first time around.

Yoga When You're Short on Time

Fitness rated "Perfect in 10 Yoga" as one of the best workout DVDs available. This DVD offers five 10 minute segments that allow you to fit yoga into your daily fitness routine without overwhelming you.
