If you are looking for healthy activities to do on a date in the city of Boston, you are in luck. Maybe you are in the mood for something traditional. Perhaps you are looking for something a bit out of the ordinary to keep your date entertained throughout the evening. Luckily, Boston offers many diverse activities focusing on wellness for you to choose from.

Health Clubs

You wouldn't normally think that taking your date to a health club would be very entertaining or date-worthy. There are many health clubs in Boston, however, that focus on much more than simply hopping on a treadmill or pumping iron for a couple hours. Many Boston health clubs offer wellness services for couples. Both you and your date can spend an evening at a health club getting pampered with a massage at the same time, enjoying some chill time in the sauna and relaxing in a Jacuzzi together---all of which not only promote physical and mental revitalization, but can also be very romantic.

Healthy Dinner

Taking your date out to dinner may seem like an obvious choice. But what can make this idea exciting and different is choosing a romantic restaurant with a healthy focus. Surprise your date and take her to one of the several restaurants in Boston that offer organic meals in romantic settings. Many restaurants in the area feature vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Raw food dining is also becoming trendy, with a growing number of such eateries available for you two to enjoy.

Fenway Park Area

You and your date can walk miles and miles at Fenway Park. But don't worry---there's more to do than just walk. Beside being the home to the Boston Red Sox baseball team, Fenway Park hosts many other activities including hockey games, football games and concerts. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area for you two to visit. You will get your cardio in as you walk hand-in-hand visiting the many entertaining areas of Fenway.

Camping

You can take your date to one of the many campsites in the wildlife sanctuary areas of Boston which offer activities for both of you to enjoy. The Boston Harbor Islands offer rustic camping from the end of May to the beginning of October. You can choose to take your date to one of its three islands where you can hike, kayak or ride bikes together through the scenic areas of the campgrounds. Toward the end of the evening, relax the body and mind by enjoying the sunrise over the harbor.

Golfing

Whether you know how to golf or not, taking your date to a golf course can be both healthy and fun. Beside practicing your golf swings and walking through the greens, you can also enjoy the quiet, peaceful courses offering great lake views. There are also a few public golf courses in the area offering virtual golf complete with full-swing simulators and video training systems.
