Information on Hip Hop Abs

Hip Hop Abs is an abdominal workout designed to be fun, fast paced and calorie burning. Unlike traditional gym exercises, it does not incorporate sit-ups or crunches in its mission to transform America's abdominal muscles.

History

Hip Hop Abs was created in February 2007. The program is marketed by a company known as Beachbody and may be purchased online or by telephone. The unique program which made abdominal workouts fun allowed the program to gain the rating of the top fitness program on television after its release.

Creator

Hip Hop Abs was created by Shaun T. Originally from New Jersey, Shaun's educational background is in both sports and dance. He has a resume which includes television shows, movies and performing with artists such as Mariah Carey. He has also done choreography for NCAA events and dance festivals.

Workouts

Hip Hop Abs comes on four DVDs to provide a comprehensive workout. DVDs in the set include Secrets to Flat Abs, Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt and Total Body Burn. In Secrets to Flat Abs, the upper and lower abdominal muscles, as well as the oblique muscles are worked. Fat Burning Cardio incorporates dance moves for an aerobic, fat-burning workout. Ab Sculpt is a more focused abdominal workout, designed to sculpt the abdominal muscles into a lean six-pack. Total Body Burn is a comprehensive video which burns fat and not only sculpts the abs, but the entire body as well.

Other Materials

Hip Hop Abs comes with several bonus products. A nutrition guide is included to provide guidance for speeding weight loss. A workout calendar provides users with a schedule to keep track of which workout to do on certain days. To track progress, a tape measure and chart are included to document results along the way. Additional workouts are also included which are designed to target areas such as the hips and thighs. Customers also receive online support.

Guarantee

Hip Hop Abs, like many Beachbody products, comes with a money-back guarantee. Customers are given 30 days to try out the program. During that time, if the desired results are not achieved, Beachbody will refund the purchase price. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Beachbody, and a return authorization number is required, which can be obtained by calling customer service.
