Chicago has a variety of diverse neighborhoods to explore. From the shores of Lake Michigan to Wrigley Field, "The Windy City" features an array of attractions and recreational activities. A range of bike tours is available to discover this very biker-friendly city. And the impressive Chicago skyline is perhaps best experienced from the air.

Aerial Tours
Chicago's famous skyline is perhaps best experienced from the air. Aviation Vacations offers twilight aerial tours aboard one of its two types of small passenger planes. The aerial tour lasts just under one hour and includes highlights like Lake Michigan, Millennium Park and Soldier Field.
Kitesurfing
Beginners and experienced kitesurfers get their kicks at Chicago's Montrose Beach just off Chicago's Lake Shore Drive. The company offers lessons for beginners, even during the winter. Participants must provide their own safety equipment. The instructors at Chicago Kitesurfing teach participants general tips and cool tricks to perform on the waters of Lake Michigan. Strict kitesurfing regulations are in place for when and where the activity is allowed.
Botanical Garden
The 385-acre Chicago Botanic Garden is home to 24 specialty gardens and three native gardens set among a variety of lakes and islands. The garden is open to the public year-round, and admission is free. The garden is best explored by a simple walk. Conservation walks are offered by staff, as well as seasonal walks such as April in the Garden, Bonsai Walk and Sculpture Walk.
Golf
Jackson Park is a historic 18-hole public golf course lined with hardwood trees, challenging the golfer to make accurate shots. The golf course is situated in the heart of the city and makes for an easy escape from its hustle and bustle. The golf course features a driving range, putting green, mat tees and PGA instructions. A snack bar is also on site. Appropriate golf attire is required dress code.
