Stretch marks on the inner thighs happen to women who are in the third trimester of their pregnancy and people who have lost a great deal of weight at a rapid pace. One of the most common places stretch marks like to form are on your inner thighs. The Mayo Clinic says stretch marks are very hard to get rid of because they form at the very base of your skin cells. Stretch marks that are still pink or red in color are the easiest kind to get rid of, however, there are things you can do to fade all kinds of stretch marks on your inner thighs. The key to getting rid of those stretch marks is to take vitamins, exercise and hydrate your body.

Step 1

Hydrate your body. The Mayo Clinic says you should drink at least 64 ounces of water every day to keep your body hydrated. This is essential for getting rid of the stretch marks on your inner thighs because hydrated skin is soft and "moisturized" skin that nourishes the roots of your skin where your stretch marks form. The Cleveland Clinic says when you hydrate your skin cells, you can stop stretch marks from forming and fade ones that are already on your inner thighs.

Step 2

Rub vitamin E gel into the stretch marks on your thighs. Vitamin E helps get rid of the stretch marks on your thighs by increasing the rate at which your skin cells produce. The faster your cells grow, the faster you can get rid of your stretch marks. The new skin cells repair the damaged tissue at the very root where your stretch marks form. Buy a bottle of vitamin E gel caps and poke holes into several. Squeeze out the liquid inside until you have a fair amount of liquid, enough to rub into all the stretch marks on your inner thighs. Let the liquid evaporate into your skin. The author of "Prescription for Natural Cures," James Balch says you should put the vitamin E on your stretch marks two times a day.

Step 3

Exercise to get rid of the stretch marks on your inner thighs. When you move your body you get your blood pumping and moving through all the veins in your body. Exercise pumps the blood through the very root of your skin cells, helping heal the damage caused by your stretch marks. Improved blood circulation can help get rid of the severity of your stretch marks. The Mayo Clinic says you should exercise at least two and a half hours every week at a vigorous pace.

Step 4

See your doctor for a stronger medication. The Mayo Clinic says medication can get rid of recent stretch marks, those that appear red or pink in color. Studies show tretinoin creams like Retin-A and Renova are effective at rebuilding your skin's collagen, helping your stretch marks look more like your normal skin. The Mayo Clinic also says an excimer laser and microdermabrasion treatments help reduce the appearance of older stretch marks.
