Because of the tropical weather, Miami has a year-round supply of fresh organic fruits and vegetables that guests can enjoy. The healthy food alternative can be found throughout Miami Beach at restaurants and even outdoor markets. The Lincoln Road Farmers Market takes place every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is located across the Lincoln Theatre near the Miami Beach Boardwalk. In addition to promoting healthy eating, visitors to the Farmers Market can enjoy walking along the boardwalk and taking in the sights of the city.

Hit the Ocean

Miami Beach's most popular attraction is the sandy beaches and pristine waters that surround the city. In addition to swimming and snorkeling in the ocean, travelers to Miami Beach can have outdoor picnics, play beachfront sports games and even attempt to catch their own meal from one of the fishing piers. Miami Beach's South Point Park beach is located in the Art Deco district of the city and has beach chair and umbrella rentals as well as walking trails, fishing spots and picnic tables for guests to enjoy the outdoors and warm weather.
