P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program
"P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program" features advanced workout videos used by such celebrities as Sheryl Crow. Fitness expert Tony Horton created the program using yoga, calisthenics, kenpo and plyometric workouts. The program consists of six-day-a-week workouts, with an optional stretch workout on day seven, and lasts 90 days.
