You can purchase these videos for downloading to your computer to watch when you are offline.

Fit By Fun

Fit By Fun takes an animated approach, providing a quirky online aerobic workout platform aimed at entertaining while getting you in shape. Customizable widgets allow you to set tempo and style of music as well as level and duration of the workout. You can also see who else is working out online. There's no talking so all cuing is visual provided through words and character movement. The service isn't free with prices starting at $9.95 per month.

Slimtree

Based out of California, Slimtree claims it is the original broadband gym. You must register to access free one- to five-minute video clips, but you just have to provide name, address and the like; no credit card info. If you like it, upgrading to a full membership costs $69.95 per year, which includes a free automated personal trainer evaluation, customized workout recommendations and suggested Food Pyramid guidelines, as well as a calculator to track your progress. Several aerobic formats are available, including Military Style Xtreme Cardio as well as the usual step and cardio dance videos.
