With more than 18 different exercises, the Body Shaper Abdominal Slider strengthens and stretches the arms, chest, back, legs, upper and lower abdominals. The Body Shaper features removable foam grip handles, four wheels that increases tension during the movement, and comes with a kneeling pad for extra comfort.
Seated Shoulder Stretch
Seated on the floor facing a wall about one foot in front of you, remove the handles to the Body Shaper and in your left hand, grip the Body Shaper and place the Body Shaper on the wall in front of your right shoulder. Breathing in and without twisting your shoulders, roll the Body Shaper to the right. Breathing out, return slowly back to the starting position. After completing the set, repeat with the opposite arm.
Seated Inner Thigh Stretch
Seated on the floor with your legs spread apart and fully extended, place the Body Shaper on the floor between your legs and grasp both handles. Breathing in, bend forward at your hips and roll the Body Shaper forward until you feel a stretch in the inner thighs. Breathing out, slowly bring yourself back to the starting position.
Seated Wall Lat Stretch
Seated on the floor facing a wall about one foot in front of you, grasp each of the Body Shapers handles and position the Body Shaper on the wall in front of your chest. Breathing in, roll the Body Shaper up as far as you can. Breathing out, slowly roll the Body Shaper back down to chest level.
Lying Leg Pull
Lying face up on the floor, bend your knees and place your feet on the handles to the Body Shaper. Applying downward pressure on the handles to the Body Shaper with your feet, breathe out and slowly pull the Body Shaper in toward your buttocks without lifting your lower back off of the floor. Breathing in, push the Body Shaper back out until your legs are almost fully extended.
