A breadstick has 150 calories, 2 g of total fat, 400 mg of sodium, 28 g of carbohydrate and 2 g of fiber, according to the Olive Garden website. The highest calorie appetizer is the chicken Alfredo pizza with 1,180 calories, 40 g of total fat, 17 g of saturated fat, 3,330 mg of sodium, 144 g of carbohydrate and 11 g of fiber for the entire pizza. For people watching their calorie intake, the low-fat Garden Fare selection of minestrone soup has 100 calories, 1 g of total fat, no saturated fat,18 g of carbohydrate, 1,020 mg of sodium and 3 g of fiber in a bowl.

The low-fat Garden Fare classic pasta dish is the linguini alla marinara.
