It's often said that gaining muscle and losing fat is impossible. However, while performing both of these tasks at once is indeed difficult, it's not quite impossible. A combination of hard work in the gym, discipline at the dinner table, and a supplement or two can help you build muscle and burn fat at the same time.
USP Labs Jack3d
USP Labs Jack3d is a popular supplement that you take before your workouts. The supplement contains ingredients such as caffeine, which can give you more energy and stave off fatigue. This allows you to lift more weight and provide a bigger stimulus for muscle growth. Caffeine can also increase your metabolism, resulting in an increase in calories burned. One of the key ingredients in Jack3d is beta alanine, which can build muscle. A 2009 study from the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found that beta alanine supplementation can increase lean muscle mass and improve endurance.
S.A.N. Infusion
S.A.N. Infusion is a protein powder, but it offers unique benefits thanks to the inclusion of a few ingredients not always found in protein supplements. First, Infusion contains a blend of proteins, including fast-absorbing sources like whey as well as casein, which is absorbed slowly. This provides muscle-building protein over the course of several hours. In addition, Infusion contains CLA, a special type of fatty acid that can promote muscle gain and fat loss. A study from the Journal of Nutrition found that the combination of CLA and Arginine, an amino acid found naturally in protein, increased muscle and reduced body fat in rats, without exercise.
AllMax CreMagNaVol
CreMagNaVol's main ingredient is an advanced form of creatine, a trusted supplement for building muscle. However, that's not all that CreMagNaVol has to offer. The supplement also claims to improve oxygen delivery, which can aid in endurance. Perhaps most important is the inclusion of betaine, an ingredient with muscle-building and fat-burning effects. An animal study in the Journal of Animal Science found that betaine supplementation increased fat-free mass (muscle) and reduce body fat without exercise.
