Anabolic Xtreme markets Superdrol-NG as a dietary supplement. Superdrol-NG contains a variety of chemicals and extracts designed to build muscles, as well as enhance reproduction potential by raising testosterone levels. This product targets male bodybuilders, and is used in a dietary supplement cycle along with Anabolic Xtreme Advanced PCT.

Prasterone

Prasterone is a steroid produced mostly by the adrenal cortex, but small amounts can also be produced by the testes and the ovaries. It can be converted to testosterone, androstenedione and estradiol, precursors to the male and female sex hormones. According to the Chemical Carcinogenesis Research Information Center, Prasterone promotes liver cancer in rat and fish research studies.

ATD

ATD works to inhibit aromatase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to estradiol. By blocking the action of aromatase, ATD blocks the conversion of testosterone to estradiol, thereby increasing testosterone levels.

MX-C

MX-C is caffeine, a central nervous system stimulant. It also relaxes smooth muscle cells and stimulates cardiac muscle cells. It can act as a diuretic. Caffeine also inhibits cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases, which can enhance vasodilation, or increased blood flow. A well-known cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase inhibitor is sildenafil, also known as Viagra.

Aphrodine HCL

Aphrodine HCl is also known as yohimbine, a plant alkaloid that blocks the activity of alpha-2-adrenergic receptors. Alleged to be an aphrodisiac, it functions as a vasodilator, increasing blood flow.

Gokshura Extract

Gokshura extract contains 45 percent steroidal saponins: tribol, furostanol and protodioscin. According to Todd Caldecott, a clinical herbalist and Ayurvedic practitioner, gokshura is an herb that reportedly has aphrodisiac, anti-spasmodic, anti-tumor and anti-fungal properties. It can protect against liver damage and urinary tract infections. As a nutritional supplement, it provides a good source of calcium, although it shows toxicity in sheep.

Trigonella Isolates

Trigonella is a genus of the Fabaceae family, which also includes fenugreek. Trigonella isolates contain 4-hydroxyisoleucine, which is a very unusual amino acid: a derivative of one of the 20 essential amino acids, 4-hydroxyisoleucine has an insulin-stimulating effect.
