Every woman has her own natural breast size that may or may not mesh with the breast size she's comfortable with. Some women wish they're breasts were smaller while others look to enhance their breast size. There's no magical product or trick that will outsmart your body into growing larger breasts, but there are a few tips and tricks you can utilize to make your breasts looks bigger.
Step 1
Maintain your current weight. Breasts are made primarily of fat and when you lose weight, you often lose breast size. Gain weight if you're underweight and there's a chance you'll make your breasts larger.
Step 2
Consult a doctor to rule out hormone deficiencies and other medical problems if you have misshapen or extremely small breasts. According to Dr. Gabe Mirkin, conditions like estrogen deficiency can cause your breasts to stop growing.
Step 3
Perform exercises to build up your chest muscles. Larger chest muscles will make your breasts protrude, causing them to look bigger. Perform push-ups, chest flys and bench presses, according to Shape Fit, to build chest muscles.
Step 4
Eat foods rich in plant-based estrogen, according to Your Natural Wellness.com. Estrogen is partly responsible for breast growth in women. Eat foods like soy products, dairy, flax seeds and ginger. Understand that there's no scientific evidence to support plant estrogen increasing breast size and altering your body's natural hormonal processes can have dangerous consequences.
Step 5
Have cosmetic surgery to increase your breast size. Talk with your plastic surgeon to determine a larger, but still natural-looking cup size. Discuss the risks and benefits of surgery, as well as the costs and recovery time before making your decision.
Step 6
Wear a supportive bra. Get fitted by a professional bra salesperson to make sure you're wearing the right size. Choose a push-up bra, padded bra or demi-cup bra. These types of bras can make your breasts appear larger than they really are.
