A woman with curves in all the right places can stop potential suitors in their tracks. Even though the waif thin ideal comes and goes, curvy, voluptuous bodies seem to always be in style. If you're lacking in the curve department, there are a few steps you can take to transform your body. Don't toy with your good health--talk with your doctor before you begin any plan to change your weight.
Step 1
Gain weight if you're underweight or at the low end of your healthy weight range. Gaining weight will deposit body fat in your hips, thighs, breasts and buttocks. This will give you an overall curvier appearance.
Step 2
Trend toward the high end of your healthy weight range as long as your health isn't in jeopardy. Women often find they're curvier and more comfortable with their bodies when they're at the top of their weight bracket. Healthy weight is different for each person and can be determined by such factors as BMI, or body mass index; waist circumference; fitness level and overall health, according to CDC.gov. Visit your doctor regularly to make sure you're healthy at your preferred weight.
Step 3
Perform specific exercises to sculpt a rounder butt. Try wall squats with an exercise ball. Include such exercises as traditional squats, lunges and walking into your fitness routine to work your glutes.
Step 4
Tighten the muscles at your waistline for a smaller waist--this will make your hips look bigger. Incorporate core exercises with an exercise ball into your routine to work your abdominal muscles. Use Pilates and yoga to strengthen and tone your abdominal core.
Step 5
Wear a push-up or padded bra to give the illusion of a curvier bust line. Get fitted and purchase the bra with the best possible fit. Try water bras or bras with inflatable air pockets if you're looking for a dramatic size increase.
