The more you train, the better your stamina will get. Exercising is key to increasing stamina, and you will need to work on a regular basis to achieve significant results. Sports increase stamina because they require you to stay engaged in an activity for long periods of time. Choose a sport you enjoy, so you can stay engaged without getting bored and without even realizing that you're exercising.
