The Cardio Core Standing Abdominal Segment
After a warm-up, the Firm Core Workout Plan begins with a low-impact segment, which is performed with light weights. However, beginners are advised to use just their own body weight. Most of the movements involve lifting one leg, and bringing the upper torso toward the leg, as if you were performing a crunch with a leg lift. However, by performing these exercises from a standing position, you are also getting a light aerobic workout, which will aid in reducing fat.
The Functional Exercise Segment
