Penile Enhancement Exercises

Penis size is a topic close to the hearts of many men. There are surgeries and pills you can try for male enhancement, but many men prefer to go the natural way. Proponents of penile enhancement exercises claim that the penis can be exercised and grow just like any other part of the body. Penis exercises are not endorsed by conventional medicine and must be performed at your own risk.

Jelqing

Jelqing is an exercise that uses a "milking" action on your penis. You must first lubricate your penis with baby oil or petroleum jelly. Then, in a semi-erect state, make an "O" shape with the thumb and index finger of either hand. Wrap the "O" around the base of your penis with an overhand grip, and with firm pressure, slide it down the length to the tip. As it nears the head of your penis, start the same motion with your other hand to provide a continuous milking motion. Repeat for 10 or 20 jelqs with each hand.

V-Stretch

The V-stretch is another penile enhancement exercise that requires you make an "O" shape with your hand. This time, the penis is not lubricated. Grab the head of your penis with an overhand grip and stretch it out from your body. Hold it there for about five seconds. Press down on the base of the penis with your free thumb and then slide it down the length of your penis with firm pressure, until you reach the head, then pause for a second and repeat the movement back to the base. it shouldn't take more than 10 seconds either way. Perform 10 complete repetitions.

Circular Stretch

For the Circular Stretch, the "O"-shaped hand grabs the head of your penis and pulls it straight out in front. Hold it for five to six seconds. Then pull it straight up and hold for five to six seconds. Then rotate your penis in a counter-clockwise direction, maintaining the same pressure, until you reach the starting point. Repeat the cycle 20 to 30 times.

Kegel Exercise

Kegel exercises can be done by men or women, each with a different application. For men, you will be working the PC muscle by performing Kegel exercises. Squeeze the same muscles you would if you were trying to interrupt the flow of urine or make your penis move when you have an erection. Squeeze and hold the PC muscle several times a day, for 20 or 30 repetitions. This will help with prostate health, as well as ejaculation control and give your penis a more muscular look.
