The editors of "Women's Health" magazine identified Dermalogica's hydrating body lotion as one of the best anti-aging moisturizers. It uses natural botanical oils, like lavender oil, to intensively soften your dry skin. Dermalogica also includes lactic acid, a form of alpha hydroxy acid, that helps slough off the dead skin cells that might build up during dry skin conditions. Skin nourishers like green tea extract and silicone further help to feed your skin cells and smooth and soften your skin tone.
Aveeno Continuous Protection Sunblock Lotion
Smooth, soothe and moisturize your skin with the vitamin E oils and soy extracts found in Aveeno's sunblock lotion. Begoun tested Nu Skin's skin cream and said it can help to reduce "dry, scaly skin." It can be especially useful for red, irritated, dry skin, like the type often associated with rosacea or eczema. Nu Skin incorporates standard emollients like glycerin, which lock moisture in your dry skin. In its ingredient list, you'll also find anti-wrinkle niacinamide and exotic herbal extracts like algae extract and jewelweed leaf extract, which may help to impart skin-conditioning antioxidants.
