Overview

Detoxifying foot pads claim to remove toxins and heavy metals from the body through your feet, while you sleep. It is said that the bottom of the foot is an important part of the immune system and aids in removing toxins from the body. It is important to point out that many doctors say that the body cannot be detoxified through the skin in any significant amount. There is also evidence that suggests that these foot pads do not detoxify the body but just interact with sweat to produce the dark colors found on the pads in the morning. Whatever the case, they're fairly simple to use.

Step 1

Wash the bottom of your feet with bar soap. They need to be clean for the foot pads to adhere.

Step 2

Rinse off the soap with warm water.

Step 3

Dry your feet off with a towel.

Step 4

Open one detoxifying foot pad package and apply it to your right foot. Make sure the pad is on the arch of your foot and is not wrinkled.

Step 5

Open another pad and apply it to your left foot.

Step 6

Remove the pads in the morning. The pads will be discolored and, depending on the amount of toxins in your body, may be more or less discolored. Discard the used pads.

Step 7

Repeat Steps 1 through 6 until the discoloration of the pads decreases. This process may take about two weeks.

Tips and Warnings

  • It is important to use the pads every night and place them on the arches of your feet.
  • Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
