According to Suite-Paradise.com, the park is one of the safest beaches on Kaui and offers beautiful clear water and other activities for members of your family or group who don’t want to go snorkeling or who are too young, such as shallow water for young children to play in, and a well-known bodysurfing spot called Brennecke Beach.
Lydgate Park
Located near Wailue on the east side of Kaui, Lydgate Park is a man-made lagoon closed in with boulders, creating a protected environment full of large beautifully colored parrot fish. The protected location makes Lydgate Park beginner-friendly.
