Bike or Jog the Boardwalk
During the summer, Atlantic City's Boardwalk is quite crowded. Because it is in direct sunshine and offers little to no shade, it gets very hot. Take advantage of the cool February weather and use it as an opportunity to get outdoors. Vendors rent bicycles year-round, so grab two for the day and ride the length of the Boardwalk. You'll really get a taste for Atlantic City, as you'll see the oceanfront casinos, Boardwalk shops, and arcades. Or lace up your running shoes and jog up and down the Boardwalk. The sturdy surface is easier than a beach run. Slow into a walk as you take in the scenery, and head out onto the beach if you feel like stopping for a few minutes.
