Overview

Skincare is essential, because we are naturally only given one set of skin. Cleansing and moisturizing your face is vital to having healthy, vibrant skin. If your face is dry, consider focusing more on moisturizing to help maintain its glow.

Step 1

Start with a clean face. Use a facial cleanser suitable for your skin type (normal, oily, normal to oily, combination or dry) to cleanse your face.

Step 2

Pat your face dry with a clean, dry towel.

Step 3

Apply an ample amount of moisturizer suitable for your skin type to your face in an upward, circular motion.

Step 4

Let the moisturizer dry naturally.

Tips and Warnings

  • To be sure you are using the correct products on your face and body, visit a department store or drugstore cosmetic counter. If you have regular issues with dry skin, add an exfoliating step into your skin regimen. Use a considerable amount of moisturizer. Your face should feel slightly wet, but not soaking with moisturizer. Drink plenty of water daily; this will help moisturize your skin from the inside out.
  • If dry skin persists, consider consulting a dermatologist.
