To lose fat on your cheeks, exercising the cheek muscles is simply not enough. These exercises should be performed along with full body workouts and a proper diet for optimal results. Buccal fat will decrease steadily with the loss of general body fat, but exercising facial muscles can also help rid you of the pudgy cheek look. Exercising your cheeks will give the muscles of your face more prominence—the more your facial muscles stand out, the less attention the fat of your cheeks will draw.
