Benefits of Chelated Magnesium Malate

Magnesium exists as one of the most abundant minerals in your body. It is found in your bones, muscles and bloodstream. As a component of more than 300 enzymes in the human body, the mineral stands out as one of the most important nutrients for optimum health. Dean explains that this cycle, which exists in every cell, sees a symphony of chemical reactions take place to release energy from protein, carbohydrates and fats. Because both magnesium and malic acid play a crucial role in this process, a magnesium malate chelation stands out as a supplement that increases energy production throughout the body. You can expect to feel more lively, and some people will notice a slight increase in body temperature as a result.
